(Colorado Springs) On December 18, 2006 at 3:15 p.m. I contacted Team Strategy regarding the wind having blown my skylight from my roof.  As I stood watching snow fall into my living room onto my leather furniture, Team Strategy was busy contacting roofers, window installers, handymen.  With wind gusts up to 42 mph, no one was a taker.  With all of the major chain store having closed early due to the storm, TSI arrived with tarps and safety straps in hand.  Dave was able to retrieve the skylight, climb up a ladder into the channel and secure the skylight for the remainnder of the storm.  On Sunday afternoon, he arrived with caulking materials and screws and repaired the skylight permanently.  Today, I have not had any problems with leaks or air penetration.  - P.F. (Colorado Springs) I contacted Team Strategy on its emergency number at 10:30 p.m. regarding water coming into my window well.  Within 20 minutes, Team Strategy arrived at the property, identified the source, shut down the irrigation system, and began pumping out the window well.  Within the next day the crew was busy repairing the broken main irrigation line.  The total cost to air out the basement and treat the carpet was approximately $700.00.  If Team Strategy had not responded so quickly the cost would have been much greater. - P.K.
