Who We Are Question: How long has Team Strategy Inc. been in the property management business?   Answer: Team Strategy first began as Team Strategy LLC in 1998. It later incorporated in the state of Colorado on May 8, 2007. Our founder, David C. Stiver, has been active in the homeowner association arena since first joining a Board of Directors in 1992. Since that time, David C. Stiver has served on the Boards of Directors for the Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance (COVA), and served as Chairman for School District Eleven's District Advisory Accountibility Committee (DAAC) Budget Committee, as well as on the Board of Directors for the Castlepoint Homeowners Association. David C. Stiver also served on the Colorado Legislative Affairs Council, Community Associations Institute (CAI). Since 2000, he has routinely traveld to Denver for meetings with legislators. After being approached by several homeowner association board members regarding financial and budgetary difficulties, Team Strategy Inc. has moved into a niche industry assisting homeowner associations.
